The bold flavors and acidity often found in Italian wine are ideal for pairing with the delicious cheeses found throughout the country. Building upon the wine knowledge gained in the beginning of the series, this class focuses on how to pair Italian wine with cheese.

This class is part of the Explore Italy Series, which includes 3 wine classes devoted to the wines of Italy. Tickets to these individual classes are not available at this time.
