Although sparkling wines can be enjoyable to drink, they often prove to be challenging to mindfully taste and appreciate. It can be hard to get past how the bubbles feel on your palate and be able to pick up nuanced aromas or flavors. In this class, you’ll slow down to appreciate the wine itself and be more precise in your tasting. Please note that this class goes beyond fundamental information about how sparkling wine is made and focuses instead on thoughtful tasting.

This class is a standalone session of Wine School, which is designed for people who want to go a bit more in depth about certain wine subjects.
