Besides its gorgeous chateaux, the Loire Valley is best known for its mineral-driven wines. This class explores the region in depth, covering the subregions and their key grapes. Taste Chenin Blanc from Vouvray, Sauvignon Blanc from Sancerre, and Cabernet Franc from Chinon while learning about the history and geography of the area.

This class is part of the French Immersion Series, which includes 3 classes devoted to different wine regions in France. Tickets to these individual classes are not available at this time.
