Tannins help determine so much: how well a wine will age, how the wine feels in your mouth, what foods the wine will pair with, what flavors you might taste. Learn how to identify tannins while discovering what level of tannins you prefer. Some nights might call for a leathery, high-tannic Tempranillo while other days call for a soft, low-tannic Gamay.

This class is ideal for anyone interested in learning more about red wine, from the novice drinker on up. It will be held in person in the Txoko, our communal seating area. Class size is limited. $30: advance tickets only.
