Private Tastings
Thank you for your interest in hosting a private tasting with Table Wine. We love helping our customers celebrate, and we want to make it as easy as possible for you to be a stellar host.
Our Format
Private tastings feature 4-6 wines focused on a central theme. Some examples include Red Blends & Their Component Grapes , All the Bubbles, and Europe vs US. We send you fundamental questions that help steer us in the right direction for selecting the theme and specific wines. Based on that information, we then craft a few options for your group and let you decide which theme you’d like to explore. If you've seen a particular public class that you'd like to replicate for your group, we can use one of them as the template.
Our tastings can be as educational or as casual as you want. They typically last 60-90 minutes, depending on how in depth the conversation ends up being. Also, we have a small selection of cheese and crackers for sale, which can be incorporated into your tasting if you like.

Pricing
The price depends on the size of your group and how the event is hosted. Please note that we don’t currently offer in-person offsite events.
Up to 4 people: $120 flat fee
5+ people: $30/person
Add cheese and crackers for $10/person
Important Details
We can accommodate in-person tastings for up to 14 people. When the weather is warm, we have space for up to 30 outside. We expect to be able to host outdoor tastings by late April. If you have a larger group and are interested in an indoor event, reach out and we can talk through possibilities.
All tastings are led by Molly Moran, owner of Table Wine, unless noted otherwise. We ask for as much lead time as possible to plan a wonderful event. Our ideal timeline is to start planning at least 2 weeks before the tasting. We are not able to accommodate requests for the current week. We are generally available Tuesday/Thursday/Friday evenings and Saturday late afternoon/early evenings.

First Class Flights
Explore the world of wine in first class style. Let us put together an extra special wine flight of five wines that are chosen just for you. We’ll pour for you as you sit back and relax at your own private table.
First Class Flights are $20/person and are available for groups large & small. We ask for at least 48 hours notice when booking. We're usually able to accommodate parties up to one hour before closing during our regular business hours if we're not hosting other events. That is, you can request 12-7 Mon-Tues, 12-8 Wed-Sat, 12-5 Sun.
